4th July is the occasion to remember that among victims of acid violence or sexual aggressions leading to acid violence, 15% are children…

The Convention on the Rights of the Child was ratified by Pakistan, however till date, young girls and boys are still among the ones whose life can be shattered in a few seconds, via one of the worst forms of gender based violence : acid violence.

MRs Catherine Moore US Aid Deputy Head of Mission and Ms Leslie Gonzalez US Aid gender expert, graced the occasion and came to share significant moments with survivors.

ASF-Pakistan proposes you to share this celebration along with Aurat Foundation representatives, ASF-staff and board members, youth volunteers and survivors. Enjoy and join us to stop this crime.
